What ages are your boxes suitable for?
We have a range of boxes suitable from 0-7. You will be able to find the relevant boxes for a child's age under the different categories.
Children of all ages must be supervised closely at all times due to some boxes containing small pieces which could be a choking hazard.
What can I expect in a Discovery Box?
Your box will contain everything you need to create your very own sensory tray at home. Along with the different materials and textures, there will also be an instructions guide with suggested activities and ideas to talk about whilst playing.
When will I receive my Discovery Box?
Orders are shipped within 2 working days and we use a tracked courier system. You can expect to receive your Discovery Box between 3-4 working days of your order being placed.
We do offer a Next Day delivery service for an additional cost. This is available at check out.
When are new Discovery Boxes added?
We launch a new Discovery Box every month (and sometimes even two!)
What if something is wrong with my Discovery Box?
We hope that everything is perfect, but we are a small, family-run business and mistakes can sometimes happen (although we will try our absolute best to avoid this). If something is amiss with your Discovery Box, please contact us on discoveryboxlimited@outlook.com, and we will get it sorted for you right away.
Do you accept refunds?
We hope that you will love your Discovery Box, but if on the off chance you have changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
In order to be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received in. We will also need to see proof of purchase. Please email us at discoveryboxlimited@outlook.com to arrange your return.

Shipping Policy
We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked as our standard shipping, which means your order will arrive within 1-3 working days of being placed.
We are currently working on a faster, next day shipping service. Watch this space! :)
